If you act as an executive agent on behalf of corporate systems, you warrant that you possess the full legal standing required to bind that operational entity to these provisions.

2. Permitted Use & Scanning Boundaries

TrustKavach scales data audit tools for diagnostic and internal compliance configurations. You explicitly agree that:

  • You shall not use this engine to scan targets where you do not possess verified webmaster ownership parameters or authorization credentials.
  • You shall not introduce automated scrape-bots, excessive API loop-floods, or concurrent multi-threaded regression calls designed to crash our headless testing vectors.
  • You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage core matching dictionary structures into competing consumer monitoring products.

3. Absolute Liability and Advisory Disclaimer

Compliance algorithms cannot replace human validation by certified legal practitioners. TrustKavach disclaims any operational liability for regulatory penalties, fines, audits, or civil actions initiated against your business under GDPR, CCPA, or regional data laws.

4. Open Source and "Free" Provision Model

As part of our commitment to give back to the WordPress ecosystem, our core scanning layers are completely free. We reserve the absolute right to alter engine features, change signature databases, or restrict high-bandwidth infrastructure calls to safeguard the open community.

5. Warranties Extinguishment Clause

THE PLATFORM SERVICE GENERATIONS ARE SUPPLIED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASELINE MATRIX WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY CLASSIFICATION, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR DISCOVERY GOALS, SECURE OPERATION EXPECTATIONS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT MATRIX LAYERS.

6. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and legally insulate TrustKavach, our core software maintainers, parent companies, agents, and collaborative database specialists against any data damage suits, losses, state-level privacy litigation, or financial outlays arising directly from your misuse of our analysis modules.

7. Governing Law Resolution

Any formal disputes or legal interpretations arising from this structural runtime contract shall be adjudicated under the standard courts of New Delhi, India, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any claims must be brought individually, and you explicitly waive class-action aggregation pathways.

8. Severability & Complete Manifest

If a localized judicial body declares any specific segment of this framework unenforceable, the remaining sections preserve their complete structural validity and binding legal weight.
